Spiritual Formation

At St. Lawrence of Brindisi, students learn about the Catholic faith and what it means to be Christian in the modern world. Through classroom instruction every day, they get to know and understand the Gospel message which is then implemented in their school, home and community. Families are welcome to attend all student Masses and events. Please see the school calendar for dates and times.

Sacraments

The sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion are celebrated after a two year Sacramental Preparation program involving both the student and parents. While students in grades 2 and 3 receive these sacraments, all students receive the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion before they graduate from 8th grade.

Prayer In Honor of St. Lawrence of Brindisi

Almighty God, for the glory of Your Name and the salvation of souls, You conferred upon St. Lawrence, the spirits of counsel and fortitude. Grant us, in the same Spirit, to know what we are to do, and through his prayers, to do what we have come to know. We ask this through Our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
